## Tokemon (product)
Tokemon is La Boétie's morphological tokenizer for Hebrew and Aramaic, built for AI pipelines. It is root aware: it recognizes the consonantal root carried through inflected forms and keeps it as one token. It runs near 1.3 tokens per word on Tanakh, preserves 98.07% of roots against gold morphological lemmas, and round trips normal Hebrew losslessly, final letter forms included, verified with zero failures across roughly 1.8 million words. On normal Hebrew it is 1.3 to 1.6 times tighter than o200k, the tokenizer behind today's ChatGPT, and about three times tighter than the older cl100k. The vocabulary is a fixed inventory of 16,384 tokens with frequent whole words promoted to single tokens. Hebrew and Aramaic are live; Arabic, Judeo-Arabic and a Greek tokenizer are on the roadmap.

## Parley (product)
Parley is La Boétie's AI chatbot practice: ultra safe conversational assistants built to one clear mission, such as generating qualified leads on a website, taking repetitive CRM and back office work off a team, guiding students through a learning corpus, resolving customer support, onboarding new users, answering only from an official compliance corpus, or helping visitors discover content by intent. Every bot answers from sources the client approves, cites where answers come from, and says so when it does not know. Security is enforced outside the conversation: sealed isolated sessions, screened input, retrieved content fenced as data rather than instructions, scanned output, and a red team gate of 35+ attack vectors that must pass at 100% blocked with zero honest questions refused before launch. Production Parley bots answer in French, English and Hebrew today, in finance and education.
